Darts Scorer
Ah. You’re out with the guys, playing some games of darts. But oh no! You have nothing to keep track of your scores with! Not anymore! Darts Scorer is an awesome application to use when playing dart games. Darts Scorer keeps track of the following dart games:
- Cricket
- 301
- 501
- 601
- 701
- 1001
Darts Scorer supports up to four different players, and allows you to add the name of each player instead of just having “Player 1″ and “Player 2″. Darts Scorer also includes ‘01 variations such as: Double In and Double Out. What makes Darts Scorer even cooler is that it gives you information / rules on the dart games it supports. With Darts Scorer you can start a new game at anytime, and edit what kind of game / player names easily. You can even drag the names to rearrange them (which is really cool). Darts Scorer is definitely the best application in the App Store right now that keeps track of dart scores. Almost Gone Software did a great job! Darts Scorer can be purchased in the App Store for $2.99. Overall, HawtApps has rated Darts Scorer an awesome 7/10!

Sportacular
Are you a sports freak? Obsessed with wanting to know every score of every sports game as the game goes on while you’re not near a TV or radio? Well then Sportacular is the iPhone / iPod Touch application for you! Sportacular is a great sports application. It provides up-to-date scores of every sports game going on.
Pros:
- Scores are updated every 30 seconds
- Provides tons of sports such as: MLB, NHL, NFL, NBA, NCAA Football, NCAA Basketball, and MLS
- Accurate updates
- Keeps track of your fantasy football team
- Ability to have multiple fantasy football teams
- Provides the latest sports news
- Provides standings
- Provides player stats
- Keeps track of previous weeks
- Has a refresh button
Cons:
- Cannot track a specific player
- Cannot add the “Defense” part of your fantasy football team (this REALLY needs to be added)
- Landscape view does not work (the 1.1 update was supposed to include that, but it doesn’t really work)
Even with those concerns, Sportacular is still an amazing application. Probably the best sports application in the Ap Store as of this review. Sportacular’s User Interface is great. The User Interface is very simple to used, and totally polished. Sportacular makes full use of the iPhone / iPod Touch’s beautiful 3.5 inch touch screen. Sportacular also has a very nice icon. Something most applications in the App Store are lacking; Especially applications for sports. Jeff Hamilton, StreamingScores.com, did an amazing job. Sportacular can be downloaded in the App Store for free. Overall, HawtApps has rated Sportacular a good 7/10.
